Victor Chandler is one of the leading Tribeca network poker-rooms and part of respected British Victor Chandler Group. If you are high limit players you can play with Doyles Brunson (poker-room named after him is a member of the same network), Mike Caro or other poker celebrities. At my first game there at $2/$4 I met and chat with Mike Caro, he told that he usually played $50/$100 but those limits were empty ;). I can say that I like their short tables (5 players), but my results are not stable there.
