10.04.06 US Senate passed Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act a week ago. This Act does not make online gambling illegal!!! But it makes illegal accepting US bets for foreign poker rooms. All Cryptologic poker rooms closed US account yesterday. Party Poker and Pacific Poker are going to close US accounts too (all rooms will return money, of course). Other rooms will continue to accept US players and Neteller will continue to process gambling transactions for US players.
